Most BPO providers I dealt with were stuck in the past. They’d hand you a spreadsheet once a month and call it transparency. They’d train agents on scripts but never on the actual systems their clients used. And when campaigns underperformed, you’d find out weeks later if you found out at all.
I started Techydots because I knew there was a better way. We’re based in Pakistan and work with businesses across the US, UK, Australia, and beyond.
